The audience was convinced that Hilario Azevedo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wojciech Chwalkiewicz was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. After some careless play in the Mierzejewo defense, Hilario Azevedo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wojciech Chwalkiewicz. The Mierzejewo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wojciech Chwalkiewicz should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hilario Azevedo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Juliusz Limanowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wojciech Chwalkiewicz was out of position in the 59 minute of play, and Ziemowit Lewicki capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mierzejewo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Biedaczów the free kick. After 73 played minutes Mierzejewo got a freekick which was hit by Bartlomiej Ferfecki. Biedaczów's Ziemowit Lewicki was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 76th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The supporters of Mierzejewo booed when Biedaczów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariusz Pyrtek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bartlomiej Ferfecki took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ate van Nieuwstadt. Ate van Nieuwstadt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Thanks to some nice moves Jedrzej Olchawa could shoot a difficult shot in the 86th minute, which Wojciech Chwalkiewicz however easily saved by the left post. When Kajetan Kisielka fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mierzejewo's protests and gave Kajetan Kisielka a yellow card for diving instead. In the 87th minute, Kajetan Kisielka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hilario Azevedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Hilario Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 96 played minutes, Biedaczów's Mariusz Pyrtek shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Wojciech Chwalkiewicz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Biedaczów reached it. 98 minutes into the game, Hilario Azevedo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Wojciech Chwalkiewicz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
