When Mariusz Miarka fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Smudzówka SA's protests and gave Mariusz Miarka a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Smudzówka SA getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Mariusz Miarka hit a great ball. Grzegorz Dres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zenon Kaznocha having to interfere. Czeslaw Kicia's late challenge caught a Smudzówka SA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Czeslaw Kicia helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Bauthen's Czeslaw Kicia got a free kick in the 26th minute. Remigiusz Bejger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Napoleon Tychy in the 38th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Bauthen's Grzegorz Dres dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Smudzówka SA's Ksawery Wielkopolski quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Robert Zecman, made in the 45th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Napoleon Tychy in the 48th minute of play forced Bauthen's goalkeeper Remigiusz Bejger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
The wind increased when Napoleon Tychy made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Smudzówka SA's Roch Kolbe ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Remigiusz Bejger. Remigiusz Bejger yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Remigiusz Bejger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roch Kolbe in the 56th minute of the match. Napoleon Tychy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remigiusz Bejger having to interfere. Czeslaw Kicia kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Slawomir Przewozik hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Napoleon Tychy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Remigiusz Bejger made a huge save. Roch Kolbe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remigiusz Bejger having to interfere. If Grzegorz Dres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. From close distance Napoleon Tychy pressed in the 1-2 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 78 minutes into the game. After a defensive mix-up in Bauthen's zone, Roch Kolbe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Remigiusz Bejger came out of the goal and Roch Kolbe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 86 minutes into the game, Napoleon Tychy recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Remigiusz Bejger. Napoleon Tychy showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. The crowd rose to their feet as Smudzówka SA's Roch Kolbe slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Remigiusz Bejger. That made the score 1-4 after 94 minutes of play. Smudzówka SA's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
