Leon Pstrongowski hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. 7 minutes into the game, AC Grassland's Radowit Mondrowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mieszko Brzakala made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bogdan Ligas in the 11th minute of play forced AC Grassland's goalkeeper Lucjan Pankiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute Beniamin Wolniewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mieszko Brzakala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Bogdan Ligas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Inter Chaos's supporters rose to their feet, but Bogdan Ligas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucjan Pankiewicz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Inter Chaos booed when AC Grassland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Korneliusz Gongola didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lucjan Pankiewicz made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Leon Pstrongowski sent off a good shot on target. In the 22nd minute, AC Grassland's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Leon Jarocewicz fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Leon Pstrongowski's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 23rdth minute, Lucjan Pankiewicz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Leon Pstrongowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Lucjan Pankiewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucjan Pankiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugon Luty in the 27th minute of play. AC Grassland's Lucjan Pankiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marek Brzonkala in the 29th minute of play. Inter Chaos's Marek Brzonkala got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Leon Pstrongowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in AC Grassland's zone, Tadeusz Derlanga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucjan Pankiewicz came out of the goal and Tadeusz Derlanga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leon Jarocewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Lucjan Pankiewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Stanislaw Wozniak kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lucjan Pankiewicz. That made the score 1-1 in the 46 minute of play.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leon Pstrongowski was the one to do the kick off. Lucjan Pankiewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leon Jarocewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 54 minutes into the match, AC Grassland's goal looked a bit too open when Bogdan Ligas came free, but Lucjan Pankiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leon Pstrongowski in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lucjan Pankiewicz saved AC Grassland from getting behind. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leon Jarocewicz couldn't finish the play.
