The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Klatki getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Dominik Czerny hit a great ball. Lech Mirowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Lech Mirowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quetzin SA's supporters rose to their feet, but Lech Mirowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wieslaw Tomaka breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 17th minute, Zenon Bendyk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 18 minutes, Sylwester Jarocewicz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Quetzin SA and the Klatki players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Klatki booed when Quetzin SA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sylwester Jarocewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wlodzimierz Drugi got free with Emil Figlewski in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wlodzimierz Drugi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Figlewski having to interfere. The supporters of Klatki booed when Quetzin SA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Konstanty Rykaczewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zenon Bendyk succeeded in the game's 25th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Emil Figlewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zenon Bendyk in the 30th minute of play. Wlodzimierz Drugi's late challenge caught a Quetzin SA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wlodzimierz Drugi helped the player get up and apologised. In the 30th match minute, Klatki was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wlodzimierz Drugi to maneuver through the defense. Quetzin SA's Emil Figlewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Quetzin SA from getting a goal against them. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lech Mirowski to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, Quetzin SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sylwester Jarocewicz to maneuver through the defense. If Zenon Bendyk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Klatki's Wieslaw Tomaka got control of the ball when Klement Juszkowski tried to sneak it across the goal line.
