He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pokitaru reached it. After 61 minutes of play, Gluzy's Kazimierz Gomolka made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sylwester Wawrukiewicz was left in no man's land by his defense there! 66 minutes into the match, Pokitaru's goal looked a bit too open when Walery Mazurkiewicz came free, but Sylwester Wawrukiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zygmunt Cymbal was extremely unlucky when he, in the 69th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. A collision led to Pokitaru getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Ludomil Zacharek hit a great ball. Walery Mazurkiewicz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sylwester Wawrukiewicz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Pokitaru's Sylwester Wawrukiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walery Mazurkiewicz in the 78th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Zygmunt Cymbal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pokitaru's supporters rose to their feet, but Zygmunt Cymbal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teofil Gdaniec breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Kazimierz Gomolka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute.
