After 19 minutes of play, Szafarczyska SSA's Zula Jarek made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tolek Pluciennik was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Jaroslaw Klucznik, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 22 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Benedykt Czeszyk was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Jaroslaw Klucznik's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benedykt Czeszyk was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Zula Jarek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tolek Pluciennik having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaroslaw Klucznik in the 31st minute of play forced Szafarczyska SSA's goalkeeper Benedykt Czeszyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zula Jarek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Tolek Pluciennik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A very good chance. 47 minutes into the game, Olaf Skrzypiec was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Szafarczyska SSA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Serwy the free kick.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jaroslaw Klucznik was the one to do the kick off. Zula Jarek's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tolek Pluciennik read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Serwy's zone, Olaf Karwowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tolek Pluciennik came out of the goal and Olaf Karwowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zula Jarek in the 58th minute of play forced Serwy's goalkeeper Tolek Pluciennik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Zula Jarek notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Serwy's Tolek Pluciennik. Tolek Pluciennik was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jaroslaw Klucznik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 66 minutes, Olaf Karwowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Szafarczyska SSA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olaf Karwowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Szafarczyska SSA's zone, Roman Rydzyk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benedykt Czeszyk came out of the goal and Roman Rydzyk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Szafarczyska SSA's Olaf Skrzypiec got his second yellow card of the match in the 72nd minute. The referee ordered Olaf Skrzypiec off the ground. Olaf Skrzypiec hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Teobald Pawlak's late challenge caught a Szafarczyska SSA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teobald Pawlak helped the player get up and apologised. Olaf Karwowski hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Roman Rydzyk might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benedykt Czeszyk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Roman Rydzyk ran back to his position shaking his head. 92 minutes into the game, Tobiasz Owsiak was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Szafarczyska SSA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Serwy the free kick. Tobiasz Owsiak kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Szafarczyska SSA fans cheered their team off the field, for while Serwy had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
