Eugeniusz Czerniak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Remigiusz Kieca's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. Slawomir Harasimowicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fryderyk Sebzda in the 9th minute of play forced AS Spriter Wejherowo's goalkeeper Eugeniusz Czerniak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the match, AS Spriter Wejherowo's Gwidon Falke sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Szczepan Pryla narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Remigiusz Kieca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Wiekowo SA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Remigiusz Kieca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Remigiusz Kieca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Wiekowo SA players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
