Waclaw Juszkowski came out of the goal and Zygmunt Gacki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Piotr Deput took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zenon Miazga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Piotr Deput made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boruc Piatek in the 15th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Chudowola's goalkeeper Waclaw Juszkowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zygmunt Gacki. Boruc Piatek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Piotr Deput having to interfere. If Zygmunt Gacki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 24 played minutes Chudowola got a freekick which was hit by Teofil Andrychowski. Waclaw Juszkowski was out of position in the 28 minute of play, and Zygmunt Gacki capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Zygmunt Gacki really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. If Jan Dziura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Boruc Piatek might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Piotr Deput. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. In the 40th minute, Radomir Charamut hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leszek Tobaczewski, 41 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Eugeniusz Spychalski's late challenge caught a Chudowola's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eugeniusz Spychalski helped the player get up and apologised. If Boruc Piatek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Boruc Piatek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Zenon Miazga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chudowola's supporters rose to their feet, but Zenon Miazga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Piotr Deput breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With an all-out effort, Chudowola's Piotr Deput threw himself towards the right post 69 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Boruc Piatek, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 71 minutes into the game, Sebastian Mierzejewski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Trampke SA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chudowola the free kick. After a rather tough play, Trampke SA's Sebastian Mierzejewski got a free kick in the 71st minute. After recieving a nice pass, Chudowola's Leszek Tobaczewski tried to score from far away in the 72nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Boruc Piatek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
