KS Janów Łódź's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jurand Motyl was a little too slow when Ksawery Komanski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 19th minute. The score was now 1-1. Jurand Motyl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pawel Poling in the 23rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zdzislaw Patora got free with Jurand Motyl in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 33rd minute, Ksawery Komanski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KS Janów Łódź fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Jerzy Buczko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Jurand Motyl made a huge save. Ksawery Komanski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ksawery Komanski made a kick off. Pawel Poling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Jurand Motyl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Radowit Michnik during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 57th match minute, Elana ZKS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radowit Michnik to maneuver through the defense. Jurand Motyl made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. KS Janów Łódź's Barnaba Dziatkowicz was substituted for Tadeusz Andrysiak. Daniel Dobrzechowski hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in KS Janów Łódź's zone, Jan Cwojdak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Antoni Huratiak came out of the goal and Jan Cwojdak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 80 minutes into the match, KS Janów Łódź's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Cwojdak came free, but Antoni Huratiak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute Jan Cwojdak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antoni Huratiak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Elana ZKS's goal looked a bit too open when Piotr Gniech came free, but Jurand Motyl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pawel Poling sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fryderyk Gleba hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Jurand Motyl stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zdzislaw Patora's shot from short distance in the 97th minute. Elana ZKS's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
