Zbyszek Raszkiewicz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jedrzej Merski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Czeslaw Nieuzyla's late challenge caught a Suchacz's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Czeslaw Nieuzyla helped the player get up and apologised. In the 11th minute, Czeslaw Nieuzyla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zbyszek Raszkiewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Jedrzej Merski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Suchacz's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave VW GOLF TEAM the free kick. The supporters of VW GOLF TEAM booed when Suchacz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernard Rakoski didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Patryk Cwojdak during the 48th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thanks to some nice moves Florian Pawelczyk could shoot a difficult shot in the 53rd minute, which Lech Kojder however easily saved by the left post. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jaroslaw Tomporowski was the one to do the kick off. A hard shot 57 in the game by Fabian Lewicki from a close distance when the talented Jedrzej Merski managed to make a qualified save. VW GOLF TEAM's players were relieved. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Suchacz's goalkeeper Lech Kojder, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in VW GOLF TEAM's zone, Fabian Lewicki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jedrzej Merski came out of the goal and Fabian Lewicki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. VW GOLF TEAM's Jedrzej Merski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zbyszek Raszkiewicz in the 64th minute of play. In the 75th minute, Bernard Rakoski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 76 played minutes, VW GOLF TEAM's Bartosz Nieuzyla shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lech Kojder came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in VW GOLF TEAM reached it. Jedrzej Merski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bernard Rakoski went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. With his leg Jedrzej Merski managed to avoid a goal in the 86thth minute, when Suchacz's Fabian Lewicki fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Patryk Cwojdak hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Maksymilian Fikus's late challenge caught a VW GOLF TEAM's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain.
