Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Banicja Sieradz FC's Szczepan Hejza started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Szczepan Hejza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Klement Podolski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Igor Knopek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Klement Podolski in the 14th minute. After 17 played minutes Banicja Sieradz FC got a freekick which was hit by Witomir Tuliszewski. In the 24th minute, Klement Podolski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Zula Kazanowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Igor Knopek was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Klement Podolski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Igor Knopek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zula Kazanowski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Igor Knopek came out and tried to block the shot, but Zula Kazanowski slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 30th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Klement Podolski got free with Igor Knopek in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cyryl Danisiewicz struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Feliks Serwach didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Banicja Sieradz FC. Klement Podolski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Igor Knopek made a huge save. Igor Knopek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zula Kazanowski in the 43rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Boleszyn's zone, Herbert Paciuszko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Feliks Serwach came out of the goal and Herbert Paciuszko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Cyryl Danisiewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
The wind increased when Zula Kazanowski made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, Boleszyn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Witalis Budarz to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Norbert Mruk during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zula Kazanowski in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Igor Knopek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Banicja Sieradz FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Zdzislaw Tipinski hit a great ball. Cyryl Danisiewicz might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Feliks Serwach. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cyryl Danisiewicz ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 69 minutes, Szczepan Hejza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Banicja Sieradz FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Szczepan Hejza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Klement Podolski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Igor Knopek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Cyryl Danisiewicz came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Banicja Sieradz FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cyryl Danisiewicz couldn't finish the play. Dariusz Domala hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute, Szczepan Hejza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zula Kazanowski scored 2-0 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Igor Knopek, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Boleszyn had won after a very even match.
