Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Tarnovo Płock's Krzysztof Charlos started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Krzysztof Charlos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tarnovo Płock fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Kunowice's Wit Nalaskowski got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wit Falk struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Julian Czerniejewski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kunowice. Tarnovo Płock's Krzysztof Charlos got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Tarnovo Płock getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Krzysztof Charlos hit a great ball. 21 minutes into the match, Tarnovo Płock's goalkeeper Julian Czerniejewski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wit Nalaskowski. Wit Falk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Julian Czerniejewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Krzysztof Charlos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Krzysztof Charlos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wincent Czerny read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Zbigniew Dynda took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wincent Czerny. Wincent Czerny dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Wincent Czerny made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Krzysztof Charlos in the 32nd minute of play. Wincent Czerny showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Krzysztof Charlos, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Krzysztof Charlos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wincent Czerny having to interfere. Zbigniew Dynda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wincent Czerny having to interfere. After 47 minutes, Zbigniew Dynda made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Kunowice's Wincent Czerny tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wit Falk made a kick off. If Krzysztof Charlos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wincent Czerny made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Zbigniew Dynda sent off a good shot on target. Adam Raflewski kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Zbigniew Dynda took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wincent Czerny. Wincent Czerny dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wit Falk in the 69th minute of play forced Tarnovo Płock's goalkeeper Julian Czerniejewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 75 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tarnovo Płock! Krzysztof Charlos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th match minute, Kunowice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artur Jekot to maneuver through the defense. Wit Falk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Julian Czerniejewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Tarnovo Płock booed when Kunowice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benedykt Adamowicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Tarnovo Płock supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Tarnovo Płock would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
