In the 9th minute, Edward Obuchowicz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 18 minutes into the match, Gorlice's goalkeeper Miroslaw Bucyki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edward Obuchowicz. In the 18th minute, Cyprian Nowakowski had to leave the field with a concussion. When Dobromir Traczewski fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gorlice's protests and gave Dobromir Traczewski a yellow card for diving instead. Witold Jakubiak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maciej Bycofski in the 26th minute of play. Sylwester Paraszczuk scored 0-1 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Witold Jakubiak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Witold Jakubiak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maciej Bycofski, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 42nd minute Sylwester Paraszczuk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Witold Jakubiak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maciej Bycofski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Bernadówka SA players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Gorlice were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edward Obuchowicz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the game, Maciej Bycofski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Witold Jakubiak. Maciej Bycofski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. After 70 played minutes Gorlice got a freekick which was hit by Konstanty Kicia. Maciej Bycofski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Witold Jakubiak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Maciej Bycofski struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Witold Jakubiak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gorlice. When Edward Obuchowicz came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Bernadówka SA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edward Obuchowicz couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Gorlice's zone, Zachariasz Burufski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miroslaw Bucyki came out of the goal and Zachariasz Burufski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dobromir Traczewski was shown his second yellow card after 81 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 82nd minute, Dobromir Traczewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edward Obuchowicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miroslaw Bucyki having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Edward Obuchowicz made a precise shot to the right of Miroslaw Bucyki. Gorlice's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Edward Obuchowicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Miroslaw Bucyki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Gorlice players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
