Benedykt Falke helped the player get up and apologised. Miromir Turak succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 20th playminute. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

59 minutes into the match, Miromir Turak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jerzy Furgal. Jelnia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Miromir Turak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in Jelnia's zone, Miromir Turak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jerzy Furgal came out of the goal and Miromir Turak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wiktor Urban received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Janusz Zawadzki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ksawery Pstrongowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 81 minutes in the game, Wiktor Urban fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Janusz Zawadzki having to interfere. 84 minutes into the game, Antoni Olejarz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zagłębie 1906 Sosnowiec's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jelnia the free kick. In the 84th minute, Antoni Olejarz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Zagłębie 1906 Sosnowiec had won after a very even match.
