Friedrichshain's Franciszek Dudkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wincenty Okopny in the 8th minute of play. Maciej Fetor lost his temper 12 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee gave Friedrichshain a penalty, 13 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Witold Niedzwiecki, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Wyhalew's Zygmunt Mentus. 0-1. Wlodzimierz Borcz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 21 minutes into the match, Wlodzimierz Borcz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zygmunt Mentus. Wyhalew's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wlodzimierz Borcz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Edward Sadlowski's late challenge caught a Wyhalew's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edward Sadlowski helped the player get up and apologised. After 25 played minutes Friedrichshain got a freekick which was hit by Edward Sadlowski. Wlodzimierz Borcz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 30 minutes, Jan Seliga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Friedrichshain's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jan Seliga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wlodzimierz Borcz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zygmunt Mentus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wlodzimierz Borcz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emil Czapski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zygmunt Mentus didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jan Seliga went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wlodzimierz Borcz was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Jan Seliga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Zygmunt Mentus was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Wyhalew's Zygmunt Mentus got control of the ball when Jan Seliga tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Wyhalew's zone, Jan Seliga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zygmunt Mentus came out of the goal and Jan Seliga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wlodzimierz Borcz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jan Seliga who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 62ndth minute tested the skills of Zygmunt Mentus when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Friedrichshain's Wlodzimierz Borcz in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Wyhalew's goalie prevented a goal. Zygmunt Mentus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wlodzimierz Borcz in the 65th minute of play. Zygmunt Mentus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wlodzimierz Borcz, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Zygmunt Mentus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wlodzimierz Borcz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wlodzimierz Borcz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jan Seliga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wlodzimierz Borcz in the 79th minute of play forced Wyhalew's goalkeeper Zygmunt Mentus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wlodzimierz Borcz might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zygmunt Mentus. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wlodzimierz Borcz ran back to his position shaking his head. Jan Seliga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Wyhalew fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Friedrichshain were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
