The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arkadiusz Okopny helped the player get up and apologised. Arkadiusz Okopny kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Szerszen's Jaroslaw Zbytniewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucjan Bryk in the 4th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Roch Harbaszewski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Jurand Hajduk took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Wit Munko to make any attempt to save it. If Roch Harbaszewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roch Harbaszewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaroslaw Zbytniewski having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Górnik Wałbrzych's goalkeeper Wit Munko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Radowit Dabrowski. In the 25th minute, Korneliusz Waldoch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roch Harbaszewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaroslaw Zbytniewski having to interfere. In the 38th match minute, Górnik Wałbrzych was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tanek Gongolewicz to maneuver through the defense. 41 minutes into the game, Wit Koperski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Wit Munko was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Wit Koperski charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wit Koperski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Szerszen's Wit Koperski got a free kick in the 43rd minute. When the match clock showed 45 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Roch Harbaszewski sped through Szerszen's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jaroslaw Zbytniewski. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roch Harbaszewski was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Korneliusz Waldoch was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Szerszen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Górnik Wałbrzych the free kick. The supporters of Górnik Wałbrzych booed when Szerszen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Korneliusz Waldoch didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roch Harbaszewski in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jaroslaw Zbytniewski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Szerszen booed when Górnik Wałbrzych was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Witold Bugajski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wit Munko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jurand Hajduk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 68 played minutes Górnik Wałbrzych got a freekick which was hit by Tanek Gongolewicz. After a rather tough play, Górnik Wałbrzych's Witold Bugajski got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Jurand Hajduk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Wit Munko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Roch Harbaszewski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Górnik Wałbrzych fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Górnik Wałbrzych's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Szerszen the free kick. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
