Adam Lipinski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jurand Budzyn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. In the 17th match minute, Huragan Zarzecze was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Kieca to maneuver through the defense. Roch Kaczeniak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roland Ziomkowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Robert Kieca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Jurand Budzyn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Adam Lipinski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jurand Budzyn guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. When Roland Ziomkowski fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Osiek's protests and gave Roland Ziomkowski a yellow card for diving instead. Robert Kieca took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jurand Budzyn. Jurand Budzyn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Robert Kieca during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Huragan Zarzecze's Robert Kieca got a free kick in the 45th minute. After having played for 47 minutes, Wit Bielenda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Osiek's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wit Bielenda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Iwo Penc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roch Kaczeniak having to interfere. If Roland Ziomkowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Wit Bielenda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 76thth minute of the game Roland Ziomkowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Huragan Zarzecze's Roch Kaczeniak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafal Giertych in the 79th minute of play forced Huragan Zarzecze's goalkeeper Roch Kaczeniak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Slawomir Glembin kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 86th minute Robert Kieca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jurand Budzyn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Osiek's goalkeeper Jurand Budzyn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 93 minutes into the game, Osiek's Roland Ziomkowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roch Kaczeniak made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. After some careless play in the Osiek defense, Zygmunt Raszkiewicz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jurand Budzyn. The Osiek fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jurand Budzyn should have stopped the shot. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
