Przemyslaw Wykowski didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Lupow's Kacper Falkiewicz shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Kacper Falkiewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Przemyslaw Wykowski having to interfere. Bogumil Kornaszewski came out of the goal and Leonard Wnukowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kacper Falkiewicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Przemyslaw Wykowski made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tytus Majerowicz was the one to do the kick off. Filip Dulka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonard Wnukowski in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bogumil Kornaszewski saved Lupow from getting behind. The nice shot from Filip Dulka in the 56thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Bogumil Kornaszewski had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Bogdan Sanocki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Bogumil Kornaszewski made a huge save. Mieszko Buczko, 70 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 71st minute, Filip Dulka made a precise shot to the right of Bogumil Kornaszewski. After some careless play in the West Thorn defense, Tytus Majerowicz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Przemyslaw Wykowski. The West Thorn fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Przemyslaw Wykowski should have stopped the shot. West Thorn's Borys Luty shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 84th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Bogumil Kornaszewski but with some difficulty. Bogumil Kornaszewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonard Wnukowski in the 90th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Leonard Wnukowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. West Thorn's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonard Wnukowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bogumil Kornaszewski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 94th minute, West Thorn's Leonard Wnukowski dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-3. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. West Thorn walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
