Wlodzimierz Serwacki took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 5th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jerzy Wrzosek. Trzemeszna's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Bogdan Rywin hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. With his leg Jerzy Wrzosek managed to avoid a goal in the 8thth minute, when Zagrudzie SA's Aleksander Sowa fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jerzy Wrzosek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karol Banach, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the match, Aleksander Sowa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jerzy Wrzosek. Trzemeszna's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aleksander Sowa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Grzegorz Cichewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leon Czapski in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 27th match minute, Trzemeszna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patryk Marciewicz to maneuver through the defense. Aleksander Sowa didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 2-0 via right post in the game's 29th minute. Zagrudzie SA's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! In the 37th minute Lech Janiczek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grzegorz Cichewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aleksander Sowa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 44 minutes into the match, Trzemeszna's Lech Janiczek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Grzegorz Cichewski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Karol Banach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.

Lech Janiczek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Grzegorz Cichewski having to interfere. The supporters of Trzemeszna booed when Zagrudzie SA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wlodzimierz Serwacki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Grzegorz Cichewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lech Janiczek in the 59th minute of play. Grzegorz Cichewski made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Leon Czapski sent off a good shot on target. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Trzemeszna's goalkeeper Jerzy Wrzosek, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Patryk Marciewicz fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Trzemeszna's protests and gave Patryk Marciewicz a yellow card for diving instead. After 75 played minutes Trzemeszna got a freekick which was hit by Patryk Marciewicz. A collision led to Zagrudzie SA getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Aleksander Wisniewski hit a great ball. Jerzy Wrzosek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aleksander Sowa, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. When Karol Banach came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Zagrudzie SA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karol Banach couldn't finish the play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Zagrudzie SA fans cheered their team off the field, for while Trzemeszna had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
