Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) KM Kraków SA's Witalis Filipkowski started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sebastian Dulka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Witalis Filipkowski in the 4th minute of the match. Witalis Filipkowski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sebastian Dulka came out and tried to block the shot, but Witalis Filipkowski slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 6th minute. KM Kraków SA's Damian Smuskiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iwo Lampa in the 10th minute of play. After 11 played minutes KM Kraków SA got a freekick which was hit by Tanek Zbydniewski. Iwo Lampa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Damian Smuskiewicz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Damian Smuskiewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iwo Lampa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute, Eugeniusz Merski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Damian Smuskiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikolaj Gozdowski in the 24th minute of play. Damian Smuskiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iwo Lampa in the 26th minute of play. Mikolaj Gozdowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Damian Smuskiewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Damian Smuskiewicz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mikolaj Gozdowski's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. 37 minutes into the match, KM Kraków SA's goal looked a bit too open when Iwo Lampa came free, but Damian Smuskiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

In the 52nd minute Iwo Lampa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damian Smuskiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KM Kraków SA's Damian Smuskiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iwo Lampa in the 54th minute of play. If Iwo Lampa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damian Smuskiewicz made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Mikolaj Gozdowski sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iwo Lampa in the 76th minute of play forced KM Kraków SA's goalkeeper Damian Smuskiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mikolaj Gozdowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mikolaj Gozdowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Smuskiewicz having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Chocimów SSA's Damian Smuskiewicz threw himself towards the right post 85 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Iwo Lampa, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 87th minute Iwo Lampa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damian Smuskiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iwo Lampa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Smuskiewicz having to interfere. Iwo Lampa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 1-2 became the score in the 96th minute when Iwo Lampa elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Chocimów SSA's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
