Leon Mnich blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bogumil Tokarczyk having to make a save. 13 minutes into the game, Edgar Cwynar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Bogumil Tokarczyk was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Leon Mnich came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the KS Pobiednik fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leon Mnich couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Edgar Cwynar managed to get in a good position for a shot. KS Pobiednik's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgar Cwynar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bogumil Tokarczyk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Leon Mnich came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the KS Pobiednik fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leon Mnich couldn't finish the play. In the 38th minute, one of KS Pobiednik:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for KS Pobiednik. 47 minutes into the game, Żaganowice's Mariusz Majdoch nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Karol Gruchacz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Igor Bochynski to make the kick off. Karol Gruchacz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lukasz Koperski in the 58th minute of the match. KS Pobiednik's Karol Gruchacz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Bochynski in the 59th minute of play. Bogumil Tokarczyk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Cwynar, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Mariusz Majdoch could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Karol Gruchacz made a huge save. Bogumil Tokarczyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Cwynar in the 63rd minute of play. Karol Gruchacz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Szczepan Gniewek in the 65th minute. Bogumil Tokarczyk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgar Cwynar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 68th minute of the match, Szczepan Gniewek got a very nice opportunity to score, but Karol Gruchacz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 69 minutes into the match, KS Pobiednik's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Bochynski came free, but Karol Gruchacz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Żaganowice booed when KS Pobiednik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maksymilian Walicki didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute, Żaganowice's Igor Bochynski dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. KS Pobiednik's Karol Gruchacz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save KS Pobiednik from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Lukasz Koperski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Karol Gruchacz. That made the score 1-4 in the 84 minute of play. After 87 played minutes Żaganowice got a freekick which was hit by Igor Bochynski. In the 89th minute, Lukasz Koperski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Żaganowice walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
