Robert Kaczanka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boguslaw Rode having to interfere. If Stanislaw Dzerwucki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teofil Majdoch took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Laba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Stanislaw Dzerwucki came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Wiela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stanislaw Dzerwucki couldn't finish the play. Pawel Moryl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wiela's Teofil Majdoch proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Wiela from getting a goal against them. If Edward Laba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robert Kaczanka in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Boguslaw Rode prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Edward Laba blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Teofil Majdoch having to make a save. 31 minutes into the match, Manchester United's Edward Laba sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Teofil Majdoch narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pawel Moryl could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Teofil Majdoch made a huge save. Edward Laba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teofil Majdoch having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edward Laba stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robert Kaczanka got free with Boguslaw Rode in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With his leg Boguslaw Rode managed to avoid a goal in the 57thth minute, when Wiela's Zula Walentowicz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 59 minutes into the match, Manchester United's goalkeeper Boguslaw Rode had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robert Kaczanka. Robert Kaczanka struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Boguslaw Rode didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wiela. Edward Laba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teofil Majdoch having to interfere. Edward Laba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pawel Moryl in the 81st minute of play forced Wiela's goalkeeper Teofil Majdoch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edward Laba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Teofil Majdoch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Manchester United's Boguslaw Rode got control of the ball when Robert Kaczanka tried to sneak it across the goal line. Robert Kaczanka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
