Robert Siwy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hieronim Karanowski having to interfere. After having played for 12 minutes, Iwo Piesciuk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kotarszyn 's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iwo Piesciuk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Ludomil Magdziarz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Frögenau SSA booed when Kotarszyn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugeniusz Dankowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Robert Siwy might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hieronim Karanowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Robert Siwy ran back to his position shaking his head. Iwo Piesciuk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hieronim Karanowski having to interfere. In the 25th match minute, Frögenau SSA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugon Czubski to maneuver through the defense. Zachariasz Gniewek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Mikolaj Plech tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Robert Siwy was extremely unlucky when he, in the 36th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 37 minutes into the match, Frögenau SSA's goalkeeper Hieronim Karanowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iwo Piesciuk. 37 minutes into the game, Iwo Piesciuk recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hieronim Karanowski. Iwo Piesciuk showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 40th minute, Robert Siwy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 42 minutes into the game, Zachariasz Gniewek cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Mikolaj Plech was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Iwo Piesciuk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kotarszyn 's supporters rose to their feet, but Iwo Piesciuk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hieronim Karanowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With his leg Hieronim Karanowski managed to avoid a goal in the 48thth minute, when Kotarszyn 's Iwo Piesciuk fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zachariasz Gniewek made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Frögenau SSA's Wladyslaw Jaktorowo got a free kick in the 64th minute. Borys Wielopolski took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hieronim Karanowski. Frögenau SSA's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Frögenau SSA's goalkeeper Hieronim Karanowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hieronim Karanowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iwo Piesciuk, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. A collision led to Kotarszyn getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Eugeniusz Dankowski hit a great ball. In the 91st minute, Iwo Piesciuk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kotarszyn fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Iwo Piesciuk struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Hieronim Karanowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kotarszyn . Kotarszyn walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
