The referee ignored Drohobyczka's protests and gave Olgierd Birkenhagen a yellow card for diving instead. After taking down the ball on Czeszków SA's corner Stanislaw Hajto fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Kryspin Kaczeniak quite easily take care of the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Czeszków SA's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Kaczynski came free, but Damazy Zerde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edward Kaczynski got free with Damazy Zerde in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wawrzyniec Kowalski struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Damazy Zerde didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Drohobyczka. Damazy Zerde made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Barnaba Antoszewski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kryspin Kaczeniak having to make a save.
