Michal Deput acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 22nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Karol Madej. Piastowiczki SSA's Robert Beninda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Slawomir Wielowiejski in the 27th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Franciszek Koczara in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Robert Beninda saved Piastowiczki SSA from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Tomasz Lipinski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Piastowiczki SSA's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomasz Lipinski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michal Deput breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Slawomir Wielowiejski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomasz Lipinski in the 59th minute of play forced Brachlewo SA's goalkeeper Michal Deput to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Brachlewo SA players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Piastowiczki SSA.
