But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emil Giertych couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Rozbitek SA defense, Franciszek Koczara kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacek Teofila. The Rozbitek SA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacek Teofila should have stopped the shot. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Teobald Grunwalski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Michal Deput came out of the goal and Emil Giertych tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee ended the match the Rozbitek SA players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
