After 4th play minutes Szczepan Cupial shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Damazy Andrychowski and just under the crossbar into goal. Carrigtwohill's Damazy Andrychowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Turek in the 8th minute of play. Witold Mojsiewicz scored 1-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Boleslaw Zerde, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Antoni Pionek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute Antoni Pionek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boleslaw Zerde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antoni Pionek took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Boleslaw Zerde. Boleslaw Zerde dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Szczepan Cupial sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Damazy Andrychowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Korneliusz Siwek in the 32nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Loien's Konstanty Sroki got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 36th minute Antoni Pionek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boleslaw Zerde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th match minute, Loien was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hieronim Filanowski to maneuver through the defense. After 45 played minutes, Carrigtwohill's Tolek Joks shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Boleslaw Zerde came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Carrigtwohill reached it. 47 minutes into the game, Fryderyk Nalaskowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Boleslaw Zerde was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half Carrigtwohill were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Witold Mojsiewicz to strike the kick off in the second half. Witold Mojsiewicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Boleslaw Zerde made a huge save. With his leg Boleslaw Zerde managed to avoid a goal in the 56thth minute, when Carrigtwohill's Witold Mojsiewicz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Olgierd Debowski during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Loien's Olgierd Debowski got a free kick in the 57th minute. Loien's Boleslaw Zerde proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Loien from getting a goal against them. 61 minutes into the match, Loien's goalkeeper Boleslaw Zerde had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fryderyk Nalaskowski. Antoni Pionek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Boleslaw Zerde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Loien's goalkeeper Boleslaw Zerde, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jakub Kuszczak charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jakub Kuszczak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 68 played minutes Loien got a freekick which was hit by Jakub Kuszczak. Boleslaw Zerde was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Antoni Pionek showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 72 minute of play. A collision led to Carrigtwohill getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Tobiasz Gecionis hit a great ball. Daniel Turek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Boleslaw Zerde made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Antoni Pionek sent off a good shot on target. A hard shot 82 in the game by Witold Mojsiewicz from a close distance when the talented Boleslaw Zerde managed to make a qualified save. Loien's players were relieved. In the 83rd minute Jakub Kuszczak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damazy Andrychowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot by Tolek Joks from long distance, 87 minutes into the match, got Boleslaw Zerde's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Fryderyk Nalaskowski took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Boleslaw Zerde to make any attempt to save it. 97 minutes into the match, Witold Mojsiewicz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Boleslaw Zerde, 1-6.
