Schlobitten SSA's Olaf Iwaszko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alan Shearer in the 3rd minute of play. Bernard Koprowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dobromir Dziedziak in the 8th minute of play. Bernard Koprowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radomir Cholewa, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Bernard Koprowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Radomir Cholewa went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Bernard Koprowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radomir Cholewa in the 16th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Niezabyszewo's Jedrzej Nocny sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Olaf Iwaszko narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kazimierz Wierzbicki kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. In the 22nd minute Alan Shearer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olaf Iwaszko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olaf Iwaszko made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Jedrzej Nocny sent off a good shot on target. Jedrzej Nocny sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alan Shearer in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olaf Iwaszko saved Schlobitten SSA from getting behind. After having played for 36 minutes, Jedrzej Nocny managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Niezabyszewo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jedrzej Nocny was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 38 minutes, Jedrzej Nocny made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Schlobitten SSA's Olaf Iwaszko tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alan Shearer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bernard Koprowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Radomir Cholewa in the 75th minute. Olaf Iwaszko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alan Shearer in the 77th minute of play. Alan Shearer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Niezabyszewo's Sebastian Wicherek got a free kick in the 80th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Schlobitten SSA's Klement Basinski broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Sylwester Starogardzki's late challenge caught a Schlobitten SSA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sylwester Starogardzki helped the player get up and apologised. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Niezabyszewo fans cheered their team off the field, for while Schlobitten SSA had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
