Miromir Luty came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Samwodzie's Sylwester Rzentkowski. But to his dismay, Sylwester Rzentkowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Olaf Chlebek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wiktor Nieuzyla having to interfere. When Witalis Cuber was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 28 minutes had been played. Witalis Cuber kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Wiktor Nieuzyla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jedrzej Rutecki in the 29th minute. After 30 played minutes Samwodzie got a freekick which was hit by Sylwester Rzentkowski. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wojciech Bakes during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Samwodzie getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Wojciech Bakes hit a great ball. Olaf Chlebek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Wiktor Nieuzyla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Samwodzie's Wiktor Nieuzyla got control of the ball when Jedrzej Rutecki tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Olaf Chlebek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olaf Chlebek in the 45th minute of play forced Samwodzie's goalkeeper Wiktor Nieuzyla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. During the 45th minute of the match Wojciech Bakes completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Wojciech Bakes a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Baligród SSA booed when Samwodzie was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wojciech Bakes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind Samwodzie's goalkeeper Wiktor Nieuzyla, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

If Jedrzej Rutecki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jedrzej Rutecki might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wiktor Nieuzyla. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jedrzej Rutecki ran back to his position shaking his head. 1-1 became the score in the 64th minute when Olaf Chlebek elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jedrzej Rutecki in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wiktor Nieuzyla saved Samwodzie from getting behind. Wiktor Nieuzyla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olaf Chlebek, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Sylwester Rzentkowski struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Miromir Luty didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Samwodzie.
