Geniusze's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wilkowiec SA the free kick. In the 8th minute, Boruc Sienkiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 11th minute, Pawel Rawa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Karol Dziewedik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Walery Chowaniec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pawel Rawa, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Geniusze's zone, Pawel Rawa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Walery Chowaniec came out of the goal and Pawel Rawa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jacek Bialakowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radomir Siekierski having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Karol Dziewedik made a precise shot to the right of Walery Chowaniec. Geniusze's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 33rd match minute, Wilkowiec SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wawrzyniec Obuchowicz to maneuver through the defense. In the 36th minute of the match Norbert Walczak shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Radomir Siekierski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 37th minute Boruc Sienkiewicz collided with an opponent which caused him a fractured collar bone. The supporters of Geniusze booed when Wilkowiec SA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonard Jerzyk didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Wilkowiec SA's Maciej Kicia got a free kick in the 39th minute. Geniusze's Roch Andryszyn couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 40th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Wilkowiec SA. Walery Chowaniec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pawel Rawa in the 46th minute of play.

With a little luck, Wilkowiec SA's Radomir Siekierski got control of the ball when Zula Jarocewicz tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 84th match minute, Geniusze was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filip Rydzyk to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pawel Rawa in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Walery Chowaniec saved Geniusze from getting behind. Jaroslaw Sroka struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Radomir Siekierski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Geniusze. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Wilkowiec SA had won after a very even match.
