Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) 5 minutes into the game, Krzysztof Galaska was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gay's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Smogorzów the free kick. A collision led to Gay getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Krzysztof Galaska hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Gay's zone, Damazy Zawacki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tymoteusz Czerniak came out of the goal and Damazy Zawacki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Tanek Raflewski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Smogorzów's supporters rose to their feet, but Tanek Raflewski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tymoteusz Czerniak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tymoteusz Czerniak came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Smogorzów's Damazy Zawacki. But to his dismay, Damazy Zawacki quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of Gay booed when Smogorzów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zachary Smolarek didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Damazy Zawacki came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Smogorzów fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damazy Zawacki couldn't finish the play. If Tanek Raflewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Damazy Zawacki managed to get in a good position for a shot. Smogorzów's supporters rose to their feet, but Damazy Zawacki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tymoteusz Czerniak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tymoteusz Czerniak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damazy Zawacki in the 24th minute of the match. If Teobald Nienajadlo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 30 minutes into the match, Tanek Raflewski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tymoteusz Czerniak. Gay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tanek Raflewski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 33rd match minute, Smogorzów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tanek Raflewski to maneuver through the defense. Wincenty Miodek's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 38thth minute, Witold Zuraw skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The supporters of Gay booed when Smogorzów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zachary Smolarek didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 41 played minutes Smogorzów got a freekick which was hit by Norbert Raschke. 47 minutes into the match, Smogorzów's goal looked a bit too open when Teobald Nienajadlo came free, but Witold Zuraw reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tanek Raflewski made a kick off. Witold Zuraw made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryszard Czerner in the 51st minute of play. Smogorzów's Zachary Smolarek got his second yellow card of the match in the 52nd minute. The referee ordered Zachary Smolarek off the ground. After 53 played minutes Smogorzów got a freekick which was hit by Zachary Smolarek. In the 54th minute, Wincenty Miodek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wit Witek's late challenge caught a Gay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wit Witek helped the player get up and apologised. 55 minutes into the game, one of Smogorzów:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Gay a penalty, 57 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Benedykt Nakoneczny, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Smogorzów's Witold Zuraw. 1-2. Norbert Raschke hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Benedykt Nakoneczny was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 62nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. With a little luck, Gay's Tymoteusz Czerniak got control of the ball when Damazy Zawacki tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Teobald Nienajadlo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wincenty Miodek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 81 played minutes Gay got a freekick which was hit by Krzysztof Galaska. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Teobald Nienajadlo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gay's supporters rose to their feet, but Teobald Nienajadlo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Witold Zuraw breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wincenty Miodek's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Witold Zuraw read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. Wit Witek got his second yellow card in the match during the 95th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The Smogorzów players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
