In the 9th minute Tadeusz Latkiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugon Zerde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th minute, Gwidon Fleszar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aivaras Adomavičius stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gwidon Fleszar's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Beniamin Cichewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hugon Zerde made an important save on a dangerous shot by Michal Lamczyk in the 21st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gwidon Fleszar in the 27th minute of play forced Zawisza Bydgoszcz's goalkeeper Aivaras Adomavičius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Zawisza Bydgoszcz's goal looked a bit too open when Maciej Banaszak came free, but Aivaras Adomavičius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Radowit Orling got a free kick in the 32nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gwidon Fleszar in the 34th minute of play forced Zawisza Bydgoszcz's goalkeeper Aivaras Adomavičius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gwidon Fleszar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tadeusz Latkiewicz hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gwidon Fleszar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tadeusz Latkiewicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Witalis Gerlach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 61 played minutes Zawisza Bydgoszcz got a freekick which was hit by Alfred Czempa. Sikornik SSA's Gwidon Fleszar got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Aivaras Adomavičius got control of the ball when Witalis Gerlach tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Witalis Gerlach during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Witalis Gerlach kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 69th match minute, Zawisza Bydgoszcz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michal Lamczyk to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Zawisza Bydgoszcz getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Iwan Pisarczyk hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Sikornik SSA's Dariusz Kon got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Aivaras Adomavičius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beniamin Cichewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 83rd minute, Alfred Czempa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Gwidon Fleszar sped through Zawisza Bydgoszcz's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Aivaras Adomavičius. Zbigniew Penkalski hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Sikornik SSA's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
