But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Czeslaw Gdowski couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, MZetowe Mastodonty's Hudson de Carvalho got control of the ball when Corrado Giancola tried to sneak it across the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Wróblówka's goal looked a bit too open when Czeslaw Gdowski came free, but Barnaba Olender reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to MZetowe Mastodonty getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Damián Angulo hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Augustyn in the 15th minute of play forced Wróblówka's goalkeeper Barnaba Olender to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Wróblówka's goal looked a bit too open when Czeslaw Gdowski came free, but Barnaba Olender reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Czeslaw Gdowski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Barnaba Olender having to make a save. Barnaba Olender showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Czeslaw Gdowski in the 24th minute of the match. If Czeslaw Gdowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Barnaba Olender showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Czeslaw Gdowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 32nd minute, Czeslaw Gdowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Barnaba Olender was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Barnaba Olender made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Czeslaw Gdowski in the 36th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, MZetowe Mastodonty's goalkeeper Hudson de Carvalho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jared Kile. The MZetowe Mastodonty fans' excitement grew in the 45th match minute when MZetowe Mastodonty's Czeslaw Gdowski looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Czeslaw Gdowski was the one to do the kick off. With his leg Barnaba Olender managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when MZetowe Mastodonty's Czeslaw Gdowski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when MZetowe Mastodonty's Damián Angulo in the 57th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Barnaba Olender was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Wróblówka through an amazing save. Czeslaw Gdowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Barnaba Olender made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Czeslaw Gdowski sent off a good shot on target. Czeslaw Gdowski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Barnaba Olender having to make a save. Czeslaw Gdowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Barnaba Olender made a huge save. The supporters of MZetowe Mastodonty booed when Wróblówka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zdzislaw Andrzejewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 79 played minutes, MZetowe Mastodonty's Fahl Figueroa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Barnaba Olender came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in MZetowe Mastodonty reached it. If Damián Angulo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When MZetowe Mastodonty's Damián Angulo in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Wróblówka's goalie prevented a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Damián Angulo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Barnaba Olender. That made the score 0-4 in the 88 minute of play. In the 91st minute Jared Kile shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hudson de Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 96th minute Damián Angulo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Barnaba Olender saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The MZetowe Mastodonty supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing MZetowe Mastodonty would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
