The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 19th minute, Panos Giotas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC POLAND fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. 22 minutes into the match, Panos Giotas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eilert Tønnessen. Mieronjavre's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Panos Giotas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. If Ibrahim Pollov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 35 minutes into the game, Finn-Christian Mauseth cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Lenílson Abreu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Nikolai Bech made the kick off in the second half. Finn-Christian Mauseth charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Finn-Christian Mauseth the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Mieronjavre getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Finn-Christian Mauseth hit a great ball. If Panos Giotas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Ibrahim Pollov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 67 minutes into the match, Panos Giotas notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Mieronjavre's Eilert Tønnessen. Eilert Tønnessen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ibrahim Pollov kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, FC POLAND's Ibrahim Pollov fired away a free kick that almost went in the goal. Eilert Tønnessen was prepared for the shot, but didn't have to make a play as the shot flew over the goal. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Mieronjavre's goalkeeper Eilert Tønnessen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Mieronjavre's zone, Ibrahim Pollov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eilert Tønnessen came out of the goal and Ibrahim Pollov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 85th minute, Finn-Christian Mauseth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eilert Tønnessen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ibrahim Pollov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Panos Giotas managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC POLAND's supporters rose to their feet, but Panos Giotas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eilert Tønnessen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Panos Giotas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eilert Tønnessen having to interfere. If Ibrahim Pollov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Panos Giotas in the 97th minute of play forced Mieronjavre's goalkeeper Eilert Tønnessen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that FC POLAND were the better team. FC POLAND's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
