Andreas Hjorth took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Øivind Sture. Øivind Sture dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Andreas Hjorth managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eid FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Andreas Hjorth was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Øivind Sture breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Richard Romundstad, 11 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Steinar Selmer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Eid FK's zone, Felix Askim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexander Fagerli came out of the goal and Felix Askim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 22nd minute Konrad Haug shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Øivind Sture saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felix Askim had several of the Eid FK's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 25 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Alexander Fagerli as he didn't even see the shot coming. After a defensive mix-up in Eid FK's zone, Felix Askim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexander Fagerli came out of the goal and Felix Askim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Felix Askim came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Fyske FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felix Askim couldn't finish the play. After 34 played minutes Fyske FF got a freekick which was hit by Frode Ringnes. After 41 minutes, Steinar Selmer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fyske FF and the Eid FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Fyske FF's Steinar Selmer got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 44th match minute, Eid FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richard Romundstad to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andreas Hjorth stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Eid FK's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Askim came free, but Alexander Fagerli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Øivind Sture made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Konrad Haug sent off a good shot on target. In the 60th minute, Theodor Digernes sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Eid FK's Alexander Fagerli didn't even have to move. Steinar Selmer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Fagerli having to interfere. Alexander Fagerli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Askim, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. After having played for 67 minutes, Steinar Selmer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fyske FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Steinar Selmer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 69th minute, Nicholas Moss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alexander Fagerli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Steinar Selmer in the 72nd minute of the match. 74 minutes into the match, Fyske FF's goal looked a bit too open when Andreas Hjorth came free, but Øivind Sture reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Eid FK's goal looked a bit too open when Steinar Selmer came free, but Alexander Fagerli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anders Koppang hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 84th match minute, Eid FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richard Romundstad to maneuver through the defense. Felix Askim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Felix Askim in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alexander Fagerli prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
