Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Nils-Arne Haugnes made the kick off which started today's match. Gard Landsverk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Robert Nevland tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kenneth Fiskå was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 7 minutes into the match. In the 9th minute there was a penalty for Mofjell. Tor-Egil Nybakk stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Robert Nevland. 1-0. When Petter Blom fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lerpollen IF's protests and gave Petter Blom a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Lerpollen IF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 14th minute. Penalty! In the 16th minute there was a penalty for Mofjell. Tor-Egil Nybakk stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Robert Nevland. 2-0. In the 19th match minute, Mofjell was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nils-Arne Haugnes to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute, Nils-Arne Haugnes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Lerpollen IF's Robert Nevland got control of the ball when Gard Landsverk tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Gard Landsverk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Nils-Arne Haugnes came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Mofjell fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nils-Arne Haugnes couldn't finish the play. After 30 minutes, Finn Løset mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lerpollen IF and the Mofjell players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gard Landsverk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Robert Nevland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils-Arne Haugnes in the 33rd minute of the match. Robert Nevland made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Gard Landsverk sent off a good shot on target. Nils-Arne Haugnes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 45th minute, Gard Landsverk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Morten Stokkenes to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Lerpollen IF's Sverre Bolme got a free kick in the 55th minute. Nils-Arne Haugnes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Nevland having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Petter Blom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th minute of the match Tor-Egil Nybakk sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Robert Nevland skillfully saved the ball. A hard and well directed shot from Tor-Egil Nybakk led 69 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Lerpollen IF's Robert Nevland became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 3-0. Robert Nevland stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nils-Arne Haugnes's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Lerpollen IF's zone, Nils-Arne Haugnes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robert Nevland came out of the goal and Nils-Arne Haugnes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 79 minutes, Morten Stokkenes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lerpollen IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Morten Stokkenes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mofjell's Nils-Arne Haugnes got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Morten Stokkenes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. John-Edvin Didriksen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Lerpollen IF's Morten Stokkenes got a free kick in the 91st minute. Morten Stokkenes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without John-Edvin Didriksen having to interfere. Mofjell's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
