Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Nils-Arne Haugnes took the kick off in the first half of the match. After having played for 5 minutes, Nils-Arne Haugnes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mofjell's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nils-Arne Haugnes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Mofjell booed when Svålestugu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ørjan Brunstad didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mofjell's John-Edvin Didriksen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joachim Nereng in the 8th minute of play. Fred Helmersen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Joachim Nereng had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 26 minutes into the match, Mofjell's goal looked a bit too open when Joachim Nereng came free, but John-Edvin Didriksen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joachim Nereng received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. John-Edvin Didriksen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Svålestugu's Joachim Nereng in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joachim Nereng to make the kick off. Ørjan Brunstad's late challenge caught a Mofjell's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ørjan Brunstad helped the player get up and apologised. In the 57th minute, Ørjan Brunstad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 71st minute, Patrik Sørhaug got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 73 minutes into the match, Nils-Arne Haugnes notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Svålestugu's Nicholas Hovda. Nicholas Hovda was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Mofjell's Patrik Sørhaug got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 79thth minute of the game Joachim Nereng who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mofjell's John-Edvin Didriksen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nicholas Hovda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils-Arne Haugnes in the 83rd minute of play. Tor-Egil Nybakk charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tor-Egil Nybakk the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jon Anderson shot from long distance in the 86th minute, but John-Edvin Didriksen was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post.
