Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Gjelsten started the match with the kick off. Raymond Østreng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Søren Ribe, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. In the 3rd minute, Bendik Fagerheim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Søren Ribe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Grødal's Frode Sinnes got control of the ball when Frode Sellæg tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bendik Fagerheim in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Raymond Østreng saved Rosendal I.l from getting behind. Frode Sinnes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Gjelsten's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. An unexpected shot in the 18th minute by Anton Langaas got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 20th match minute, Rosendal I.l was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anton Langaas to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Gjelsten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thomas Semb charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Thomas Semb the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Thomas Semb hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Gjelsten in the 28th minute of play forced Grødal's goalkeeper Frode Sinnes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Søren Ribe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bendik Fagerheim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raymond Østreng having to interfere. Bendik Fagerheim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Raymond Østreng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Raymond Østreng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bendik Fagerheim in the 48th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bendik Fagerheim made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Rosendal I.l's Anton Langaas got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Søren Ribe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Raymond Østreng having to make a save. Bendik Fagerheim kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Grødal's Søren Ribe got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 64 minutes into the match, Rosendal I.l's goal looked a bit too open when Bendik Fagerheim came free, but Raymond Østreng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frode Sellæg in the 68th minute of play forced Grødal's goalkeeper Frode Sinnes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Grødal's Søren Ribe got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bendik Fagerheim's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Raymond Østreng read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Daniel Gjelsten kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. The supporters of Grødal booed when Rosendal I.l was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kristian Langø didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rosendal I.l's defense didn't have a chance, in the 80th minute, when Bendik Fagerheim scored to the left of an out of position Raymond Østreng, making the score, 0-1. Raymond Østreng made an important save on a dangerous shot by Søren Ribe in the 89th minute. Bendik Fagerheim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Raymond Østreng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Josef Wangen hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rosendal I.l's goalkeeper Raymond Østreng, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
