The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kenneth Ulland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niklas Hopland having to interfere. 5 minutes into the match, STEINKJER FOTBALL KLUBB's Kenneth Ulland sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Niklas Hopland narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kenneth Ulland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Ludvig Hotvedt kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Niklas Hopland. That made the score 2-0 in the 16 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kenneth Ulland in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Niklas Hopland saved Storhamar Fotball from getting behind. Niklas Hopland stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kenneth Ulland's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Ludvig Hotvedt dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Niklas Hopland, 3-0. In the 33rd minute, Kenneth Ulland ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Niklas Hopland was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After 36 played minutes Storhamar Fotball got a freekick which was hit by Sjur Skauen. Niklas Hopland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kenneth Ulland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute, STEINKJER FOTBALL KLUBB's Kenneth Ulland dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. In the last second Niklas Hopland throw himself and got hold of the ball when Kenneth Ulland in the 43rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Ludvig Hotvedt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Niklas Hopland read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. Kenneth Ulland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niklas Hopland having to interfere.

After 53 minutes of play, STEINKJER FOTBALL KLUBB's Kenneth Ulland made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Niklas Hopland was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Kenneth Ulland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. STEINKJER FOTBALL KLUBB's Jim Oppegård managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Gaute Asheim in the 60 minute of the game. Jim Oppegård fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niklas Hopland having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Storhamar Fotball's zone, Kenneth Ulland stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niklas Hopland came out of the goal and Kenneth Ulland tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Martin Westgård sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Niklas Hopland didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kenneth Ulland went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Martin Westgård received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Niklas Hopland tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 78th minute of the game. One of Storhamar Fotball:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of STEINKJER FOTBALL KLUBB:s goal. In the 83rdth minute of the game Kenneth Ulland who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Storhamar Fotball's Niklas Hopland was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sjur Skauen charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sjur Skauen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Niklas Hopland came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by STEINKJER FOTBALL KLUBB's Kenneth Ulland. But to his dismay, Kenneth Ulland quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. If Kenneth Ulland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kenneth Ulland blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Niklas Hopland having to make a save. After having played for 98 minutes, Jøran Bjerkli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. STEINKJER FOTBALL KLUBB's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jøran Bjerkli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. STEINKJER FOTBALL KLUBB fully deserved thier win.
