Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Halvor Rørstad took the kick off in the first half of the match. Karsten Aarseth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kenneth Ulland, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. 10 minutes into the match, STEINKJER FOTBALL KLUBB's goal looked a bit too open when Brage Wolden came free, but David Stokland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th match minute, Orhaugen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brage Wolden to maneuver through the defense. 20 minutes into the game, Roger Kielland cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. David Stokland was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Ludvig Hotvedt came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the STEINKJER FOTBALL KLUBB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ludvig Hotvedt couldn't finish the play. Jøran Bjerkli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Karsten Aarseth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the game, Egil Lyshaug was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Orhaugen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave STEINKJER FOTBALL KLUBB the free kick. Egil Lyshaug hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 37th minute, Kenneth Ulland left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The STEINKJER FOTBALL KLUBB fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. In the 40th minute Kenneth Ulland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karsten Aarseth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Kenneth Ulland got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Kenneth Ulland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kenneth Ulland to make the kick off. Kenneth Ulland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karsten Aarseth having to interfere. Karsten Aarseth made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Jøran Bjerkli sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kenneth Ulland in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karsten Aarseth saved Orhaugen from getting behind. David Stokland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Halvor Rørstad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Orhaugen booed when STEINKJER FOTBALL KLUBB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jøran Bjerkli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kenneth Ulland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Kenneth Ulland put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Karsten Aarseth. STEINKJER FOTBALL KLUBB's Ludvig Hotvedt got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. David Stokland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brage Wolden, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Orhaugen's defense didn't have a chance, in the 83rd minute, when Kenneth Ulland scored to the left of an out of position Karsten Aarseth, making the score, 1-5. Kenneth Ulland's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 87thth minute, Karsten Aarseth skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 88th match minute, Orhaugen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joakim Farah to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 91 minutes, Kenneth Ulland managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. STEINKJER FOTBALL KLUBB's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kenneth Ulland was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kenneth Ulland in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karsten Aarseth prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When STEINKJER FOTBALL KLUBB's Martin Westgård in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Orhaugen's goalie prevented a goal. In the 97th minute, Thomas Remme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
