Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Thomas Iversen started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Torjus Haavik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Tord Våge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tord Våge was out of position in the 5 minute of play, and Thomas Iversen capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Thomas Iversen really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, Sponvika's goal looked a bit too open when Christoffer Stange came free, but Leonard Sandum reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonard Sandum showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jim-André Røen, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Leonard Sandum took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jim-André Røen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Torjus Haavik got free with Tord Våge in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thomas Iversen struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Tord Våge didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sponvika. After a defensive mix-up in Sponvika's zone, Jim-André Røen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonard Sandum came out of the goal and Jim-André Røen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Martin Granlund kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Christoffer Stange recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 32 minutes into the match, Christoffer Stange notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Sponvika's Leonard Sandum. Leonard Sandum was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Torjus Haavik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Orkla FK's Christoffer Stange got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. During the 43rd minute of the match Wilhelm Bergh completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Wilhelm Bergh a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Leonard Sandum showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jim-André Røen in the 45th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

53 minutes into the match, Raymond Jacobsen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tord Våge. Orkla FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Raymond Jacobsen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After 60 minutes, Thomas Iversen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sponvika and the Orkla FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Orkla FK booed when Sponvika was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thomas Iversen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 61 played minutes, Orkla FK's Asgeir Jonsson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Leonard Sandum came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Orkla FK reached it. Christoffer Stange sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jim-André Røen might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leonard Sandum. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jim-André Røen ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 70th minute of the match, Christoffer Stange tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Leonard Sandum saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jim-André Røen's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 72ndth minute, Leonard Sandum skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 74thth minute of the game Torjus Haavik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Orkla FK's Tord Våge was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Christoffer Stange recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Raymond Jacobsen hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Sponvika's Raymond Jacobsen got a free kick in the 86th minute. Jim-André Røen in the 89thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Leonard Sandum, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Raymond Jacobsen during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Leonard Sandum took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christoffer Stange, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sponvika's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
