Eilert Løseth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Frøland having to interfere. If Aleksander Rudi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gaute Moholt during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Aleksander Rudi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eilert Løseth got free with Robert Frøland in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 1-1 became the score in the 54th minute when Pål Bjorøy elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Korsvold BK's Espen Skullerud played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aleksander Rudi in the 59th minute of play. If Kenneth Stray had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robert Frøland made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eilert Løseth in the 67th minute. In the 68th minute, Stian Gaup hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
