Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Egil Marstein started the match with the kick off. Konrad Kjelstad kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. 6 minutes into the match, Melsvik's goalkeeper Severin Hatlevik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aksel Bøen. Egil Marstein sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Aksel Bøen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The nice shot from Aksel Bøen in the 17thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Severin Hatlevik had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Aksel Bøen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Føresvik's supporters rose to their feet, but Aksel Bøen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Severin Hatlevik breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Dan Roland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Føresvik's Andreas Haukaas got a free kick in the 25th minute. Brede Skogland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konrad Kjelstad in the 27th minute of the match. After 30 played minutes Melsvik got a freekick which was hit by Markus Lode. Severin Hatlevik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Egil Marstein, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the match, Melsvik's goal looked a bit too open when Egil Marstein came free, but Severin Hatlevik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 37 minutes into the game, Theodor Velle was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Føresvik's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Melsvik the free kick. In the 39th minute there was a penalty for Melsvik. Markus Lode stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Brede Skogland. 0-1. The Føresvik players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Melsvik were winning 0-1.
In the 51st minute, Dan Roland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ulf-Hendrik Dahlen kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Melsvik's Konrad Kjelstad got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Konrad Kjelstad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Brede Skogland tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Egil Marstein fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severin Hatlevik having to interfere. Severin Hatlevik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Egil Marstein in the 87th minute of play. If Aksel Bøen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 91 minutes into the match, Egil Marstein had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Severin Hatlevik. Melsvik's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Egil Marstein was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2.
