After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Aksel Bøen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Føresvik's supporters rose to their feet, but Aksel Bøen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kent-Are Sleire breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Andreas Haukaas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Rolset getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Linus Aasebø hit a great ball. 16 minutes in the game, Aksel Bøen dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Erik Bergem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brede Skogland having to interfere. In the 25th play minute Erik Bergem came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Brede Skogland. 2-0. Egil Marstein struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Kent-Are Sleire didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Føresvik. If Egil Marstein had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 36th minute Egil Marstein shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kent-Are Sleire saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aksel Bøen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kent-Are Sleire having to interfere. Kent-Are Sleire showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aksel Bøen, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Thomas Krasniqi to make the kick off. Brede Skogland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erik Bergem in the 52nd minute of the match. After 60 played minutes Rolset got a freekick which was hit by Linus Aasebø. Rolset's Kent-Are Sleire played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Egil Marstein in the 63rd minute of play. Rolset's Kent-Are Sleire proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Rolset from getting a goal against them. Aksel Bøen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Kent-Are Sleire made a huge save. If Egil Marstein had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70thth minute of the game Thomas Krasniqi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Føresvik's Brede Skogland was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Erik Bergem sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Theodor Velle hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Aksel Bøen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Kent-Are Sleire made a huge save. Kent-Are Sleire made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Aksel Bøen sent off a good shot on target. Egil Marstein might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kent-Are Sleire. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Egil Marstein ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rolset's goalkeeper Kent-Are Sleire, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rolset's Kent-Are Sleire proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Rolset from getting a goal against them.
