Andreas Thorkildsen in the 5thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of John-Edvin Ravnås, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 7 minutes Osland's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edgard Skistad who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Edgard Skistad got away a dangerous shot. Despite this John-Edvin Ravnås quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 8th minute, Einar Dalheim left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Osland fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Andreas Thorkildsen who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of John-Edvin Ravnås when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Osland's goalkeeper John-Edvin Ravnås, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Arild Sundberg's late challenge caught a Siredalen FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arild Sundberg helped the player get up and apologised. John-Edvin Ravnås went to the wrong direction when Edgard Skistad was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. After 24 played minutes Siredalen FF got a freekick which was hit by Noah Aanes. Atle Jørgensen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute Atle Jørgensen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Lehne saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Noah Aanes hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Einar Dalheim in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sebastian Lehne saved Siredalen FF from getting behind. Atle Jørgensen struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Sebastian Lehne didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Osland. 44 minutes into the game, Fredrik Bratsberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Siredalen FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Osland the free kick. In the 44th minute, Fredrik Bratsberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Einar Dalheim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Sebastian Lehne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mikkel Totland stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. John-Edvin Ravnås took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikkel Totland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Osland's John-Edvin Ravnås played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikkel Totland in the 59th minute of play. In the 62nd play minute Atle Jørgensen came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Sebastian Lehne. 0-2. John-Edvin Ravnås showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andreas Thorkildsen in the 70th minute of the match. If Atle Jørgensen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Osland's zone, Mikkel Totland stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. John-Edvin Ravnås came out of the goal and Mikkel Totland tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 77th minute Andreas Thorkildsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but John-Edvin Ravnås saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mikkel Totland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 87 minutes into the game, Ivar Lura was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Siredalen FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Osland the free kick. After 87 played minutes Siredalen FF got a freekick which was hit by Ivar Lura. After having played for 88 minutes, Einar Dalheim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Osland's supporters crossed their fingers, but Einar Dalheim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Atle Jørgensen might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sebastian Lehne. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Atle Jørgensen ran back to his position shaking his head. When Osland's Einar Dalheim in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Siredalen FF's goalie prevented a goal. 95 minutes into the match, Osland's Einar Dalheim sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sebastian Lehne narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 96th minute, Torjus Holden hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Osland supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Osland would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
