Ole-Jostein Hatlevik started the match with the kick off. If Linus Hofseth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dæff FK's Erik Rystad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kjartan Landa in the 14th minute of play. Erik Rystad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ole-Jostein Hatlevik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lars-Erik Grødem kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. 22 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Dæff FK's Kåre Ludviksen fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Ole-Jostein Hatlevik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erik Rystad having to interfere. Linus Hofseth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erik Rystad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ole-Jostein Hatlevik in the 33rd minute of the match. Kjartan Landa might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Erik Rystad. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kjartan Landa ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Linus Hofseth managed to get in a good position for a shot. Finnseter's supporters rose to their feet, but Linus Hofseth was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erik Rystad breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Ole-Jostein Hatlevik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Egil Bekkevold received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Rune Longva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kåre Ludviksen might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rune Longva. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kåre Ludviksen ran back to his position shaking his head.

Dæff FK's Erik Rystad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ole-Jostein Hatlevik in the 55th minute of play. Egil Bjørke's late challenge caught a Finnseter's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Egil Bjørke helped the player get up and apologised. In the 56th minute, Egil Bjørke hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erik Rystad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ole-Jostein Hatlevik, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. 69 minutes into the game, Lars-Erik Grødem was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Finnseter's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dæff FK the free kick. Lars-Erik Grødem kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Linus Hofseth could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Erik Rystad made a huge save. Sivert Tandberg kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Finnseter were awarded a corner in the 86th minute after Dæff FK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Asbjørn Bonsaksen took the corner. After taking down the ball on Finnseter's corner Asbjørn Bonsaksen fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Erik Rystad quite easily take care of the ball. 87 minutes into the game, Kåre Ludviksen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Rune Longva was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 93rd minute, Finnseter's Ole-Jostein Hatlevik dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1.
