Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) FC KARRAZ's Izaak Baars started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Voulwamis V.V.'s Florian Roelfs got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Billy de Vries showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donny Fransen in the 5th minute of the match. Florian Roelfs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Steve de Haan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Otto Kort tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 11 minutes, Florian Roelfs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Voulwamis V.V.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Florian Roelfs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 15 minutes into the match, Voulwamis V.V.'s goal looked a bit too open when Izaak Baars came free, but Otto Kort reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Billy de Vries took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florian Roelfs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, FC KARRAZ's Mart Timmerman got a free kick in the 21st minute. FC KARRAZ's Izaak Baars got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 29th match minute, Voulwamis V.V. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wessel de Vos to maneuver through the defense. FC KARRAZ's Humberto Keller couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 29th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Voulwamis V.V.. Izaak Baars fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Otto Kort having to interfere. Billy de Vries didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Florian Roelfs went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Florian Roelfs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Voulwamis V.V.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Florian Roelfs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Billy de Vries breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Voulwamis V.V.'s Rik Atsma got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 45th minute, Voulwamis V.V.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Steve de Haan fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Florian Roelfs stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Rik Atsma hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Humberto Keller in the 53rd minute of play forced Voulwamis V.V.'s goalkeeper Otto Kort to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Otto Kort took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Steve de Haan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rik Atsma kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Izaak Baars fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Otto Kort having to interfere. Otto Kort didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Izaak Baars went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Billy de Vries made an important save on a dangerous shot by Donny Fransen in the 78th minute. Otto Kort took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Izaak Baars, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
