Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Limburgse Jagers's Maikel Stroobos started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Maikel Stroobos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilfried Spiering read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Sjaak Thomasse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilfried Spiering having to interfere. After 27 played minutes Limburgse Jagers got a freekick which was hit by Sjaak Thomasse. Wilfried Spiering showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sjaak Thomasse, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After a rather tough play, Limburgse Jagers's Marcel Ijksma got a free kick in the 31st minute. Maikel Stroobos scored 0-1 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilfried Spiering, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Vincent de Haan in the 45th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Werner Bruinsma kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-1 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole.

In the 51st minute Vincent de Haan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Werner Bruinsma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Limburgse Jagers getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Marcel Ijksma hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Limburgse Jagers defense, Vincent de Haan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Werner Bruinsma. The Limburgse Jagers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Werner Bruinsma should have stopped the shot. Wilfried Spiering showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maikel Stroobos in the 60th minute of the match. In the 63rd minute Maikel Stroobos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilfried Spiering saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Maikel Stroobos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bart Wel hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. A collision led to Kweekkooi Kicks getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Ronald Hulscher hit a great ball. Werner Bruinsma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vincent de Haan in the 86th minute of the match. Donny Roewen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Werner Bruinsma having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
