Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Henk van de Meerakker started the match with the kick off. Vincent de Haan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Kristian Haas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17th minute, Vincent de Haan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Henk van de Meerakker might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilfried Spiering. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Henk van de Meerakker ran back to his position shaking his head. Wilfried Spiering showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bennie Aalst, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. If Henk van de Meerakker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Kweekkooi Kicks's Bart Wel got a free kick in the 30th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Stompwijk's Olof Niekamp broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Kristian Haas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vincent de Haan's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Erben Bosman charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erben Bosman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 37th match minute, Stompwijk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erben Bosman to maneuver through the defense. Stompwijk's Bennie Aalst got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kristian Haas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vincent de Haan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Stompwijk were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vincent de Haan to strike the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the match, Kweekkooi Kicks's goal looked a bit too open when Henk van de Meerakker came free, but Wilfried Spiering reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Kweekkooi Kicks getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Ronald Hulscher hit a great ball. If Henk van de Meerakker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kristian Haas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donny Roewen in the 66th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henk van de Meerakker in the 68th minute of play forced Kweekkooi Kicks's goalkeeper Wilfried Spiering to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kweekkooi Kicks's Wilfried Spiering played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henk van de Meerakker in the 74th minute of play. Kristian Haas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donny Roewen in the 77th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Donny Roewen in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kristian Haas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kweekkooi Kicks's defense didn't have a chance, in the 83rd minute, when Henk van de Meerakker scored to the left of an out of position Wilfried Spiering, making the score, 0-3. In a very dangerous position, a player in Kweekkooi Kicks fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 91st minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 93 minutes, Stompwijk's Olof Niekamp got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Wilfried Spiering. The Kweekkooi Kicks supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Stompwijk's performance. The match ended with a win for Stompwijk.
