Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pepijn Dekens in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Robin Schutrups prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 17th minute, Pepijn Dekens reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Robin Schutrups. The goal made the score 1-0. 22 minutes into the match, Ratum SV's goal looked a bit too open when Pepijn Dekens came free, but Robin Schutrups reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robin Schutrups showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pepijn Dekens in the 27th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pepijn Dekens in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Edward Bömker's late challenge caught a Ratum SV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edward Bömker helped the player get up and apologised. Edward Bömker hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Ratum SV's Emile Krol got a free kick in the 38th minute. Fabiën Som recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Roland Luikens kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Ratum SV's Wilfried de Gooijer couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 46th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Den Haag Academy. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pepijn Dekens made a kick off. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ratum SV's goalkeeper Robin Schutrups, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pepijn Dekens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Den Haag Academy getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Elmar Witting hit a great ball. Nick Schokkenbroek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emile Krol in the 59th minute of the match. When Den Haag Academy's Pepijn Dekens in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ratum SV's goalie prevented a goal. In the 67th minute, Ratum SV's Emile Krol ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nick Schokkenbroek. Nick Schokkenbroek yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Elmar Witting kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. 72 minutes into the game, Emile Krol lined in a short shot 1-2 behind a frustrated Nick Schokkenbroek. Rolf Zomer kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 82ndth minute. Though ot was a great shot Den Haag Academy's keeper Nick Schokkenbroek was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Nick Schokkenbroek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emile Krol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 89 minutes into the game, Den Haag Academy's Fabiën Som nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Robin Schutrups made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. In the 95th minute, Pepijn Dekens got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Otto Zuurman's late challenge caught a Den Haag Academy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Otto Zuurman helped the player get up and apologised. After 96 played minutes Ratum SV got a freekick which was hit by Otto Zuurman. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
